Terms of Service

1. The service

TestMySaaS researches the public web and uses AI to produce a validation report about the SaaS idea you submit. Reports are informational only — they are not financial, legal, or investment advice, and we can't guarantee any business outcome.

2. Your account

You must sign in through Whop to use TestMySaaS. You're responsible for keeping your Whop account secure. There is no guest access.

3. Free plan limits

The free plan includes 3 reports per calendar day. We may adjust this limit as the service evolves; if we reduce it materially, we'll note it on the pricing page.

4. Pro subscription

Pro is $29 per month, billed through Whop as a recurring subscription. You can cancel anytime from your Whop memberships settings. Cancellation stops future charges; the current period is not refunded.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't submit ideas that are illegal or violate others' rights.
• Don't scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Don't share account access. Reports are tied to your account and plan limits.

We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, without refund.

6. AI-generated content

Reports are generated from live web research and AI analysis. We work hard to ground them in real sources, but AI can make mistakes — verify anything critical before committing money or months of your life.

7. Ownership

Your ideas are yours. The reports we generate for you are yours to use. The TestMySaaS product, brand, and code remain ours.

8. Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on reports, or for indirect or consequential damages.
